Ingredients
  • 1-2cloves garlicminced
  • 2cups English peasfresh, or frozen unthawed,
  • 2cups asparaguscut into 1 to 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2cup vegetable broth
  • 1 lemonzested and juiced
  • 2-3tablespoons pine nutsor slivered almonds, toasted
Instructions
  1. Add the garlic, peas, asparagus and broth to the Instant Pot.
  2. Lock on the lid. Cook on Manual at low pressure for 2 minutes. When time is up, quick release the pressure.
  3. Add the lemon zest and juice and stir.
  4. Transfer to a bowl or plate. Garnish with nuts. Enjoy!
